Founded in October 2023 by Bernardo Mascarenhas and its investing partners, Special Situations Group Capital Management holds a proprietary committed capital of R$540 million. Investment Funds
SSG Capital operates using three investment funds: the SSG FIM is the primary investment fund, consolidating all investor capital, while the SSG FIDC and SSG FIP serve as vehicles for credit and equity subscriptions, respectively.
